You acknowledge that you use the App and rely on its results at your own risk.
4. AI-Based Analysis
- InsideScan uses third-party AI services (such as OpenAI) to analyze product labels and ingredients.

- InsideScan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App for lawful purposes only
- Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the scanning or analysis systems

6. Subscriptions & Premium Features
- InsideScan offers optional premium subscriptions.
- Payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store.
- Subscription pricing, duration, and renewal terms are displayed within the App.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
- InsideScan reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue premium features at any time.
7. Usage Limits
To ensure fair usage, InsideScan may apply limits to scanning or feature access for free or premium users. Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with InsideScan are the exclusive property of InsideScan or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
9. Service Availability
InsideScan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All features will be available at all times
- The App will meet your expectations
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- InsideScan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
